thing that is money /profit, but any organization whether product/services have more responsibility than that, it may be
towards stakeholders, it may be society, it may be towards the environment.

employees that will again be part of society.

towards a healthy environment, safety, and hazards with risk management via a third
party also.
The vision, mission, and values statements guide the behaviors of people in the organization.

specific targets, Instead, the vision is a broad description of
the value an organization provides. It is a visual image of what the
organization is trying to produce or become
The mission statement describes what the organization needs to do now to
achieve the vision. It is more specific. It defines how the organization
will be different from other organizations in its industry.
The values statement also called the code of ethics, defines how people in the organization are expected to behave—with each other, with customers and suppliers, and with other stakeholders. They must be reinforced at all levels of the organization and must be used to guide attitudes and actions.
