Mission, Vision, Values and KPI's In Today’s world, everything is related to one thing that is money /profit, but any organization whether product/services   have more responsibility than that, it may be towards stakeholders, it may be society, it may be towards the environment. So organization also creates a culture of employees that will again be part of society. In the present scenario, the responsibility is more towards a healthy environment, safety, and hazards with risk management via a third party also. The vision, mission, and values statements guide the behaviors  of people in the organization.   The vision statement does not provide specific targets ,  Instead, the vision is a broad description of the value an organization provides. It is a visual image of what the organization is trying to produce or become The  mission statement  describes what the organization needs to do now to achieve the vision. It is more specific. It defines how the organization wi
